These Terms & Conditions govern the use, purchase, and handling of the MOKUKU AI Robot Driving Companion and its related services.
By purchasing or using our product, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the MOKUKU AI Robot Driving Companion.

1. Definitions

  • “Product” refers to the MOKUKU AI Robot Driving Companion (First Generation), including all hardware and accompanying materials.

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” refer to HUGGING AUTO LIMITED, the manufacturer and distributor of MOKUKU.

  • “You” refers to the purchaser or end user of the product.

2. Use of the Product

  • The product is designed for personal, non-commercial use inside vehicles.

  • You agree to use the product safely and in accordance with local traffic laws and the user manual.

  • The product is designed to display information and animations in a way that supports safe driving awareness without requiring extended visual attention.

  • Modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized repair of the product is prohibited unless permitted by law.

  • The product does not include wireless, network, or voice communication functions and operates completely offline.

3. Safety Notice

  • Always remain attentive to the road while driving.

  • The MOKUKU AI Robot Driving Companion is intended to assist, not replace, safe driving behavior.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining control of your vehicle and complying with all applicable road safety regulations.

  • Do not attempt to operate, adjust, or focus on the device while driving if it could compromise safety.

4. Warranty and Returns

  • We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact service@mokukushop.com within 7 days for assistance or replacement options.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUGGING AUTO LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

  • Our total liability to you, for any claim related to this product, shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.

6. Software and Updates

  • The MOKUKU First Generation device operates without software updates or network connectivity.

  • Future versions may introduce online or update features, but this model functions independently and will not require or receive remote updates.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website.
Your continued use of the product after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
